Extend theory driving test since we have lost a year in lockdown

Get driving standards agency to extend the theory test so that it does not expire for a an additional year

Why is this important?

People have lost driving time and had tests postponed for over a year and now many are expiring.
The last update from the standards agency was march last year on the website and it is blatantly unfair
