Fair pay for people in 12 weeks isolation
Change there policy from its present state , which is if 12 weeks isolation to be taken as 6 weeks of your annual leave and 6 weeks unpaid . Staff need to be treated with respect .. should be at least 12 weeks on furlong ..
Why is this important?
People making life or death decisions because who can afford 6 weeks unpaid leave can’t claim as still employed.. or go to work putting dependents at risk of catching Covid 19 which could lead to death ...
