freeze all Section 21 no fault evictions for three years

Many people are evicted in the Private Rental sector with no good reason other than the Landlord wants to make more money
This is a major cause of homelessness
Landlords can evict without a reason , they dont need arears,unsocial behaviour they do not need to justify the eviction at all.
This cannot be right in a country with a Housing Crisis

To make an instant improvement in homelessness or potential homelessness and keep communities together
Once they eviction takes place it often affects schooling,Doctors surgeries a persons place in the community
We are the only European Country that allows renters to be treated so badly
