Otherwise some people will die younger, some will not integrate with society, people at work will lose their jobs and effect local prosperity. Staff will not be able to work in a job they have trained hard to achieve. People will be at risk to themselves and others and will be unfairly accommodated in a police station. Remember, people with mental health problems are often highly skilled with a creative lateral thinking process.
