Give agency workers furlough pay if not on assignment.
Agencies are using loopholes and fighting the staff so they don't get furloughed. We need help now.
Please change the government wording about furlough pay. Temporary workers/agency workers/temps should be getting furlough pay.
our assignments may have ended or we were waiting for the next one and the agency don't have one or we have kids that needed homeschooling and we couldn't work due to not being a keyworker.
The fact is that temps who have signed up to agencies but not on assignment should get furlough pay without having to beg and fight for it and still get turned down.

Why is this important?
We cannot work as our kids are off school, we are staying at home, temp work has dried up or isn't possible to attend due to the kids being off or health reasons.
We can't claim job seekers as can't work with kids off. We fall into a loophole and the employment agencies won't help us.
We are being told no to furlough.
Well we signed up to an agency therefore even though we are not currently temping for them we are employed by them on a job by job basis and deserve the same rights as others.
Please help by changing this so that we can put food on the table and stay home to save the NHS.
