Give Alfie reading his bus pass back

Alfie Reading just wants to go to school yet Leicester county council have revoked his bus pass. Due to school not being catchment
School was catchment in 2015. Rule changes and cut backs. Lcc will not issue another.
Alfie's school is 4+miles away,alfie would have to walk up the extremely busy A6 for a hour and 15 minutes to get to school.
