Give Shane Ridge UK Citizenship

Shane Ridge from Colne, Lancashire has lived in the UK all his life and worked and paid taxes and voted in the UK. He is not being given UK citizenship as his parents were not married when he was born and one of his parents is originally from Australia.
He has a life in the UK and was born in the UK and is a decent person who deserves citizenship and a passport. He should be granted a UK passport and citizenship provided he is no threat and a lawful person.
