To: NHS NORTH CENTRAL LONDON HEALTH AND CARE INTEGRATED CARE SYSTEM

GRAHAME PARK - Highest populated Ward in Barnet due to lose its own Medical Centre.

What needs to happen?

The the NHS North Central London (NCL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) must  work with the Secretary of State for Health and immediately halt the planned relocation of Everglades and conduct a thorough review of healthcare needs in the rapidly growing Colindale North, in consultation with residents.

Ensure our community retains essential local GP services.

The NCL provided
Completed and planned estate projects to mprove access to GP practices: Improving the primary care estate and access is of great importance to the ICB.

Note  Grahame Park Health Centre - essential works to extend the life of the building and meet the initial Colindale population growth

We cannot lose a service the NHS North Central London Intergrated Care Board signed off as having to be done to extend life for the initial Colindale Population growth.

Sign this petition to keep Everglades in Grahame Park!

Why is this important?

Why This Campaign Matters:

The NHS North and Central London (NCL) Intergrated Care Board (ICB) promised to improve primary care access, stating that "Improving the primary care estate and access is of great importance". They spent money on
Grahame Park Everglades Health Centre - undertook essential works to extend the life of the building and meet the initial Colindale population growth

Now, they are reported to wish to break that promise (and waste millions in the process) by approving the removal (and demolition) of our only GP practice from Grahame Park. This community has the highest population density in Barnet 13,360.4 persons per square kilometer, (average 4,489 persons per square kilometre, Totteridge & Barnet Gate has the lowest at 648.7 and has its own medical centre) making local healthcare essential. We need accountability!

Why You Should Join:

  • Hold secretary of state for health and the Labour party for promises to improve higher quality access to GPs
  • Hold the ICB accountable for their promises to improve primary care.
  • Fight for fair healthcare access for all, regardless of where they live.
  • Demand that our voices are heard in decisions that impact our health.
