Green bin charge

Not to charge extra for emptying the green garden waste bin as we pay council tax which is supposed to cover the collection and emptying of waste bins

Why is this important?

We already pay council tax which covers the emptying of our waste recycling bins so why should we pay more on top of the council tax to have our green bin emptied.
