Green Lanes For Scotland
Change the Law to allow use of motorised vehicles and motorcycles on designated tracks and trails throughout Scotland, like england do. Stop penalising riders and youths for using areas for motorised sport. Remove the power for police to confiscate vehicles if used in Designated Green Lane Zones.
Why is this important?
Scotland is penalising off road vehicle users for not having free land to ride and learn. Free riding is far safer than Track day events. People and youths save money to buy bikes and off road vehicles and have an interest, hobby, sport to invest time into. But have no where to go legally so police Scotland confiscate their hard earned vehicles while not giving them places to go. Scotland has enough room for Dog Walkers, Hikers & Horse riders, but nothing free for motor sports.
