Hi everyone. Thanks for signing this petition to try and get B4B to answer why they seem to be consistently failing their customers.
It does seem in recent days that they are changing their responses to complaints. More refunds are being agreed and the new CEO seems to be trying to turn things around. Let's keep pushing though.
We are at 195 signatures and that is in a little over a week which is a sign of how bad B4B were getting. Let's break the 200 barrier.
I have started to reach out to the press and media. If we get any updates, I will let you know.
