Help give children the support in schools they need without a diagnosis

Dear Education Department of schools in Edinburgh.

I have a child who has had many difficulties in life and has recently started school, nursery has put referral in for audited hours and she was granted NONE. I am furious and outraged to find the lack of support for kids who needs extra help in schools to help them gain same life expectations as there peers. My daughters currently being assessed for ADHD and Autism but apparently without a label there is little support and this needs to change. Our kids need the support without a diagnosis,
