Hold Trump To Account On Charlottesville Comments

I petition the British Prime Minister Theresa May to make a statement condemning President Trump's response to Charlottesville and comments of Tuesday 15 August 2017 effectively defending the white supremacists and saying there are 'good people' amongst the neo-Nazis and fascists. And for her to demand a public apology for his comments.

Why is this important?

President Trump made comments saying there are 'good people' on the side of the white supremacists in Charlottesville, effectively condoning racism, prejudice, violence, hatred and the neo-Nazis. This is immoral, unjust, dangerous, and wrong, and echoes sentiments last expressed by a major world leader in the 1930's - and they must be condemned. He must take responsibility for his comments, and we must petition our world leaders to hold him to account.
