Swallow hotel owned by the council, empty while people sleep homeless
Now you have purchased the swallow hotel on the high street , why leave it empty, when people are homeless in the streets, my suggestion is to open it to the homeless so they can use the basic rooms , and at least have a wash as I do believe the rooms are en-suite, the hotel also has the amenities to give at least one hot meal daily
Why is this important?
I feel this is important due to the amount of homeless people on the streets in Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas , I feel the shop owners will feel a great benefit also from not seeing bundles of bedding in there doorways and all the things that are linked to the homeless etc
How it will be delivered
