Implement attendance related pay for Westminster
Take the annual salaries of all elected MP's seated in the House of Commons and divide them all equally by the number of debates, bills and votes that they should attend throughout the year.
If they attend 100% - then they are paid 100% of their salaries. if they attend any less than that; then they are paid the percentage of their salaries that they did attend.
e.g. 80% attendance = 80% pay.

Why is this important?
This is important because it seems that they pick and choose when they want to work for us and when they have something better to do.
For example the Climate Change debate which happened on the day I created this petition. It had a 10% attendance level. When they debated their own wages there was a full house. In any other workplace we would all be facing disciplinary action if we decided to pick and choose when to turn up to work.
Attendance related pay would ensure that they can be bothered to do the job they said they would do when asking for our votes once every five years.
