Improve security for the o2 Arena car park
Dramatically increase surveillance, response time and patrolling for the 02 arena's car park facilities.
During the 2015 calendar year, over £200,000 worth of motorcycles were stolen from the car parks, with very little response on behalf of the 02 security teams in chasing up and prosecuting perpetrators of these crimes.
With the increased security screening procedures in place to enter the 02 in response to higher terrorism threats, surely the figures of vehicle related crimes should translate to greater efforts by the 02 to keep customers and staffs vehicles safe
Why is this important?
Not only does this affect the staff at the 02, it will also have an affect on the customers who expect their vehicles to remain safe whilst spending time at the 02. This is a customer relations crisis in the making and needs to be urgently addressed to stem the flow of vehicle related crimes
