To: Robert Jenrick , MP, Shared Owners, Leaseholders, Freeholders,

Include ALL LOW RISE buildings in the CLADDING FUNDING

Leaseholders in blocks under four storeys are now even more ‘confused and stressed’ by Robert Jenrick’s cladding proposals.

Leaseholders in smaller blocks are unsure whether the new proposals will help them.

Robert Jenrick has so far totally excluded low - rise building from the proposal.

Moreover the Government has vaguely indicated extra protections for shared owners hit by cladding costs.

Leaseholders want to know that they will not have to pay the remedial work to remove cladding which should have never been used in the first place.

Robert Jenrick has hinted that shared owners will be protected from high cladding remediation bills.

We want a NEW PROPOSAL to include us all in the Funding and extra reassurance for Shared Owners in England.

Why is this important?

Leaseholders have been left to pay to remediate the institutional failures left by Developers and anyone involved in approving as safe the use of flammable material.

We are VICTIMS and should not foot the bill.

Robert Jenrick has left all Leaseholders living in properties below 4 storey in the dark and more worried than ever.

We risk bankruptcy, homelessness, chronic stress and in the worst cases suicide as some are feeling unable to cope.
