To: Jeremy Hunt, the Chancellor of the exchequer
Introduce a wealth tax of 1% on wealth of over £20M
We, the people of the UK, are calling on Jeremy Hunt, the Chancellor of the exchequer, and the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, to introduce a wealth tax of 1% ,on anyone with wealth and assets of over £20 million.
We are also calling on Jeremy Hunt and Rishi Sunak to abolish the non dom status, which the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, benefits from.
We are also demanding that Jeremy Hunt, and the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, introduces a proper windfall tax on the Oil industry and a windfall tax on the profits of the energy companies.
We are also calling on Jeremy Hunt, and the Prime Minister to close and abolish all of the tax loopholes, used by the rich, who use them to avoid paying income tax and National Insurance contributions.
Why is this important?
The cost of living crisis is punishing hard working people.
It does not have to be this way!
The Conservative government is choosing to shield and protect the wealthy, at the cost of hard working people!
