Investigate Hermes delivery service

I and many many others others have had problems of non delivery, so called delivered and missing / damaged parcels , I personally have 1 missing and 1 damaged , I have sent the sender over 50 pictures for the damaged contents and she has sent them on to Hermes, the parcel was insured and still nothing, for the missing parcel, it was left in an unsafe place somewhere
