Justice 4 Jay jay 'Trash the glass'

Ban glasses in bars and pubs after a certain time roughly between 9pm -11pm. Alcohol tastes same in carbonated glasses. In small towns up and coming. No police no paramedics on site. It needs to end here. Also a lot of public houses do not have CCTV in operation. All public houses should have cctv. If this was not installed in the bar where it happened the accused could of got away with it. CCTV does not LIE!!!!

Why is this important?

A young man has been murdered. Jay Jay livesey Taylor lost his life in a vicious, cowardly attack... He was headbutted by one man who was the catalyst to the attack then attacked with a champagne glass, by another man . Surely there must be a law made to help prevent another life taken. Let his life not be in vain.

How it will be delivered

Collecting signatures and delivering to local mp. Jake berry..to put forward with other petitions. We need 20,000 to get to parliment, but local councils bwd and lancs county council need to review bars and pubs safety policies so please please share..

Collected a few petition signitures in today.. 214.. today Jay Jay would have been 24.. 💙💙💙 I won't stop at just Darwen. He deserves some form of justice. The only life sentence to be served is his mothers eternal heartache.. keep sharing please.. let's get 10.000. #DARWENSTRONGERTOGETHER💙💙💙

Really good response from landlords/managers/bar owners.
From 11pm all pubs and bars have agreed to go plastic. The two pubs/bars remaining will be interviewed and asked whythey won't conform?!

I'm not debating I know a ban in restaurants and bars won't happen but surely at 1am when this occurred plastic glasses would have made a difference. Anything is worth a try

Had a few inboxes regards a ban. Obviously busy town bars and pubs with no security or police manning the streets. I think a time should be set in place for plastic.. I would drink out of a plastic glass like many clubs already have set in place.
