Justice for record holders
Athletics Record Holders prior to 2005 should not be penalised because some modern athletes have taken drugs.
Why is this important?
Natural Justice dictates that you don't punish someone for another's wrongdoing. These people should not have their achievements taken away on a whim of some bureaucrat whose predecessors didn't do something that he thinks they should have done. If anything the public will have less enthusiasm for Athletics if they think it's all about drugs.
