Katie Hopkins - Question Her For Alleged Fraud
Is Katie Hopkins a self admitted financial fraudster?
I feel that now she is making so much money she should be asked to pay back to the taxpayer the bursary she received from the Army while at University and also all costs for the 3 years she was at Sandhurst.
Why?
Because she was diagnosed with Epilepsy at University and knew she would not be eligible to serve in the military and yet spent 3 years allegedly committing fraud at Uni then a further alleged 3 years at Sandhurst.
Plus there is a Woman out there in the UK who missed her chance at Sandhurst because KH took a spot which was never rightfully hers.

I quote
"Katie explains: “All through university, I’d been going to the army and I’d received my intelligence corp bursary. I am really passionate about the forces. I kept my epilepsy a secret at Sandhurst. I had to do that – because people with epilepsy aren’t allowed in the army."

"Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain:"
Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 makes it an offence to commit fraud by false representation.
Subsection (1)(a) requires the representation to have been made dishonestly (as established in R v Ghosh which sets a two-stage test: (1) whether a defendant's behaviour would be regarded as dishonest by the ordinary standards of reasonable and honest people, and if so, (2) whether the defendant was aware that his conduct was dishonest and would be regarded as dishonest by reasonable and honest people.
Subsection (1)(b) requires that the person must make the representation with the intention of making a gain or causing loss or risk of loss to another.
Section 3 makes it an offence to commit fraud by failing to disclose information to another person where there is a legal duty to disclose the information. A legal duty to disclose information may include duties under oral contracts as well as written contracts.
These are criminal offences and are prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service

Why is this important?
Because we the public should judge KH by the same standards she judges everyone else.
