I want them to make it clear to the CPBC that the residents of Canvey Island do not want more flats and restaurants along the seafront . We want businesses like Leisure Island Fun Park that provide cheap entertainment for families and draw people in from wide around.
Last year I saw a post about the plans for the seafront , which had no rides or amusements . It had flats and restaurants with some gardens .
Who is going to eat in these new restaurants if the masses no longer come to the seafront ?
Why is this important?
Canvey Island is being ruined by over building .
Canvey Island seafront is unique and affordable for the masses and draws in thousands of families . They come because of Leisure Island Fun Park . A cheap enjoyable day out for families .
Take that away and the thousands will not come anymore .
