KEEP THE DOG BAN`S IN PRIME PLACES TO KEEP CHILDREN SAFE!
We believe that all children should have a safe place to play on our beaches.
The Dog Ban`s on beaches where lots of children play are paramount due to Toxocariasis which causes serious illness and even blindness. It is caused by a parasite known as Toxocara Canis (also known as Roundworm). These parasites live in dogs' digestive systems. Eggs are released in the faeces of infected animals and contaminated soil.
Lots of People dont pick up their dog`s poo which leaves it for children to stand in or even play with......
This shouldnt be allowed!!!
We also would like to see more Bins along the coast for ALL rubbish and Dog Poo, also emptied on a regular basis.
Why is this important?
Im all for dogs being on certain parts of the beach just not Prime Spots which are in force along our Lincolnshire Coast.
I understand there is a petition to try and lift a certain peice of lands ban but in my opinion it would have a effect on the safety of 1000`s of children that play in the area ( between Ba Rumba and Bibbys Beach Bar )
