Make Adoption Illegal without Consent from Birth Parents
In a society that should value the rights and wellbeing of individuals, the idea of making adoption illegal without the consent of one or both parents is a far cry from the reality in which Birth parents are facing.
While the goal of finding stable and loving homes for children in need is a noble one, the potential for harm and trauma in forcibly removing children from their biological families without no means cannot be ignored.

Making Adoption Illegal unless consented to would stop the ‘Forced Adoption era’ and help build a better society.
Why is this important?
The heart-wrenching reality faced by children who are forcibly taken from their parents, separated from their siblings, and thrust into a world of uncertainty and turmoil in foster care is not a nice thought. Adoption does not solve the issue though.
