Make bad driving a thing of the past!!

Change the whole Driving Test structure to ensure that dangerously under-qualified drivers cannot drive high powered cars; make the now recommended Pass Plus Course mandatory, to have drivers regularly tested to ensure that they are up to standard, to strengthen powers to remove poor and bad drivers from the road and to change the law regarding causing death by dangerous driving to vehicular manslaughter with a penalty of between 10-25 years in prison depending on the seriousness of the case.
