Make dishonest Will executors more accountable

As Probate Law stands, dishonest Will executors who do not follow the deceased wishes are getting away with pocketing monies from the estate for financial gain. Under current law, if this happened the deceased's family would have to make a civil prosecution against a corrupt executor, which is an extremely expensive process, therefore not possible for many ordinary families. I want the Probate Laws to be changed to make a letter of Wishes via a Solicitor as legally binding as the Will. I also want it to be made a criminal offence if executors of smaller estates do not adhere to the deceased wishes or mishandle/steal monies from the estate.

Why is this important?

My family's lives have been turned upside-down over the past 12 months after we lost my sister at a relatively young age.
Our grief has been exasperated by the person she trusted and chose to be the executor of her estate.
Unfortunately this person did not follow her wishes and tried to pocket all monies for their own financial gain.
My nephew has been in a legal battle since his Mum's funeral with the person who he thought was a 'father-figure' to him, but has showed him nothing but contempt and disrespect over these past months.
We do not want this to happen to another family, so the Probate Laws need to change to stop this type of fraud and work against dishonest and disloyal people.
