Make Ernest Street a one way street

To make Ernest Street in Rhyl a one way street.
The traffic is dangerous and ridiculous at school drop off and school pick up. Cars are parked on either side of the road so causes gridlock when cars are trying to go up and down the road 

Why is this important?

The traffic is always gridlocked, cars are backed up trying to get through. Also it is Dangerous for children coming out of school and also for drivers as cars get dangerously close to each other
