Make Headcorn Road One Way

Implementing a one way system on Headcorn road will improve the safety of pedestrians, road users and quality of life for residents.

Cars will no longer come head to head and refuse to make way for each other. No more late night beeping and fighting.

Cars will only come from one direction, so it will be safer for cars when they are leaving their parking spaces.

Cars will no longer need to accelerate aggressively to get from one end of the road to the other end before an oncoming car arrives to obstruct them.

Parking should be easier with cars facing the same way.
