Make parking against the traffic flow illegal

Make it an offence to park facing the wrong way/against the normal flow of traffic (except in a one way street)

Why is this important?

On a regular basis I encounter drivers causing unnecessary danger simply by moving off from the wrong side of the road. A car that is moving in this situation always has a driver it doesn't always have a passenger who has a clearer view of the road. With a law in place this common dangerous practice would reduce.
