Make sure Horden's Banner march through our village

Over the last 2 years, Horden banner and band have not marched through our wonderful village, due to the fact that people would rather be at Durham Big Meeting a lot earlier. This has left many residents left standing to wait for the annual morning wake up by the loud music from the band, and for them to pass while they stand on the street corner, which has never ended up happening.

Residents would like to see the annual march through the village continue, with prior notice on location, time and the route the banner will make, as well as an opportunity to travel with the banner to Durham.
