Make the crossing at westway retail park Arbroath safer

I would like them to improve the crossing at the westway retail park Arbroath by putting a Pedestrian crossing opposite of the entrance to the westway retail park safer to cross.

Why is this important?

I feel this is important to me because i care for my own safety and the safety of others
