The service charges need regulating regarding leasehold properties. The managing agents charge what they like without providing a proper itemised invoice or service
Why is this important?
Because there are thousands of people in leasehold properties who cannot get out and are stuck with these villains. I am currently having this very problem. A friend has come to the rescue so I am getting into a freehold property. It is not always an option to go for the right to manage especially if the other lessees do not want to get involved or sub-let
