Motorway traffic!
Stop any and all HGV's from overtaking anywhere on a motorway or dual carriageway between the hours of 06:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 18:00.
Why is this important?
This will reduce the traffic with in the rush hours by nearly 50%. Give the lorries the slow lane and do not let them come out during those hours and you will see the difference. Thanks.
