MP's Pay Should be an average of Nurses, Teachers And Social Workers Lowest 3 Pay Grades

MP's pay should be a formula tied to the average earnings of the lowest 3 pay grades for Teachers, Nurses and Social Workers, any other Work taken should only be to maintain skills and be no greater than 15% of the MP's primary work in earnings or time.
