My Legal Challenge to Royal Bank of Scotland Group
My legal challenge and indisputable evidence: why HMTREASURY should fully investigate NWB/Royal Bank of Scotland Groups obstruction of justice and unauthorised payment of the sum of £25,000 out of my Bank account in the form of a Banker's draft it issued and signed and handed out without my signed order.
Why is this important?
Any British high street bank with a British Banking Licence should not be allowed to steal money from its customers bank account and hide behind silence. At the close of of pleadings at the strike out stage the Royal Courts of Justice Judges allowed the Defendant Bank to fail to reply to my affidavit reply to the bank that proves the banks defence proves my prosecution case against it ... the judge struck out my claim and awarded costs to the Defendant bank on the pretext that the bank would not get a fair trial. I have been denied due process and the rule of law in a country supposedly governed by the rule of law.
