NEC: investigate allegations of data theft by Progress and Saving Labour

We call on the Labour Party NEC to investigate allegations reported by the New Statesman on July 18 that Progress has actively encouraged members to illegally access party membership lists while promoting Saving Labour.
In light of the intervention the same day by the Information Commissioner’s Office, we further call on the NEC to suspend the membership of any party member suspected of involvement in data theft while the investigation is carried out.
