NHS staff shortage

In march 2022 thousands of semi retired NHS staff between the age of 55 and 60 have to go part time or lose their pension payments after working full time during the pandemic! The pandemic is far from over, therefore the Government should rethink this rule as the NHS will be losing many experienced staff at a time when recruitment is extremely low too!
