Start on the spot fining for people that are starting fires or lighting bbqs or moorlands, national trust parks..

Why is this important?

Just warning people of the danger is clearly not working, most people don't know it is illegal.
Wildlife and the beautiful countryside is at risk all over the country..
Last year people had to be evacuated!
This needs to stop now!
