Oppose Hampshire County Council/Basingstoke& Deane Borough Council Parking Permit Cost Increases

It affects many residents who at this time can least afford such a dramatic hike in the cost of a parking and visitor permit - from £25 to £40 and £40 again for a visitor permit. This increase has been sprung on residents through a letter delivered shortly before the renewal date of April 1st. This is no April fool. Older residents have been told that their subsidy has been cut because of equalities legislation that means they are not allowed discounts anymore!
