Pay rise
I want the government to recognise the sacrifices made by all health workers especially social care workers like me who has been working through out the pandemic, risking the my health,partners health who actually is suffering from asthma and also my young son.
Pay rise and more benefits for social care workers would be in order and scrapping of health surcharge fees which in my case was not scrapped and I paid £1000.
Why is this important?
its important because just like NHS workers,social care workers should be given as much benefit and scrapping of certain things so as to make our lives a bit stress free and able to focus on giving the vulnerable our 1001%.
