People who have assets of more than £10,000,000 should pay a wealth tax

The Chancellor of the Exchequer should charge any person who has savings and investments of more than £10,000,000 an annual tax of 2% of those savings and investments.

Why is this important?

The multi-millionaires will not suffer from the wealth tax, as they will still have more money than they need.  Some of them, known as "Patriotic Millionaires" will actually welcome that fact that they are asked to contribute.  The money that the Wealth Tax will raise will enable the Chancellor of the Exchequer to restore the Winter Fuel Allowance, and to reverse the recent changes to Disability Allowances and Personal Independence Payments (PIP), changes which will otherwise increase poverty.
