Population Density on Portsea Island

Refuse planning permission for houses on the St James and University Campus sites in Milton

Why is this important?

The population density on Portsea Island is at present, one, if not the highest in Britain. So the extra house's being planned for the two sites in Milton would further increase the density and overstretch the already insufficient road/parking, drainage, medical and education resources in area.
