Pre-payment meter customers disadvantaged
Reduce the minimum top up fee for pre-payment meter customers back to £1, and make more cheaper energy tariffs available to people who choose to, or have to use pre-payment meters for their energy supply.
Why is this important?
To reduce people being in fuel poverty and having to make the decision to have energy, or buy food. Make more disposable income available to families on low incomes. Improve health and well-being, and give energy customers the same tariff choices as customers who pay by another means.
