Protect Assistance Dogs
Dog owners should have to keep their dogs on a lead at all times when out in public and on pavements.
Please make it a criminal offence for owners to allow their dogs off their lead and to attack any assistance dogs (eg Guide dogs and Hearing dogs). These assistance dogs are our lifeline.

Why is this important?
All dogs should be on lead at all times on public paths/pavements.
These dogs are our lifeline and if they are injured severly enough that they cannot work, it is so traumatic for dogs and their owners also we can wait up to 2yrs for another dog to be found and trained to suit our needs
All that time without our lifelines.
