Provide Rail Services at Congleton on Northern Strike Days

On strike days Northern provide no trains at Congleton and no replacement bus service, their only advice is to walk over a mile to the town centre to catch a bus service that doesn't run anymore.

Congleton is the busiest station that is not served on strike days and which has no reasonable alternative.

This disrupts a lot of people and has a major negative impact on the town.
