Put a tax on non-energy efficient lightbulbs

Put in place a tax that increases the price of lightbulbs which aren't energy efficient to reduce the amount of people who buy them.

Why is this important?

By doing this we are reducing the amount of electricity used, therefore reducing pollution created.
