Put your dog on a lead at all times
I want to make the government to make it a criminal offence for any owner to have their dog without a lead and if it is a dangerous dog it be kept away from adults and children. If an owner does not comply with these rules they will be prosecuted and find and the dog be taken away from them.
Why is this important?
I have had several incidents where a loose dog has come at me. It's quite scary as I'm partially sighted and can't see the dog until it's there. On one occasion a dog was barking at me and the owner taunted me about being scared of the dog. Once when I came out of my flat a loose dog came at me and it was scary luckily I haven't been attacked by a dog but that's not the point
