Qatar workers' conditions

As Halcrow is the main construction company responsible for building the facilities for the Qatar Football World Cup:
Give drinking water to workers when working.
Stop outside working when temperature is above 40 degrees Centigrade
Remonstrate with Qatar government to repeal slavery type labour laws such as kafala (e.g. workers are not allowed to leave employer without being imprisoned).
Have regard to health & safety at work (e.g. guard rails on scaffolding & use of harnesses).
Prevent withholding of pay from workers.
Clean up workers' accommodation (e.g. make them sanitary by removing raw sewage & providing sufficient kitchens).
