Quad bike should have its own test

Quad bikes should have there own test as a bike or car test does not train you how to ride a quad safely.

Why is this important?

Will train people how to use them safely on the roads and bring down the deaths that happen on quads due to lack of training and understanding how easy they are to flip over.
